This year, we have some new Speed & Strength instructors for our summer session. Dates will be June 13 - August 11. The class sessions are from 7:30 am - 9:00 am and then 9:00 am - 10:30 am. Because of scheduling conflicts, we are unable to run an evening session of Speed & Strength. If you have already completed the Google Form to sign up for Speed & Strength, please adjust to which class you would prefer.
