Scott Moline - Pupil Services Director

As the Pupil Services Director of the G-E-T School District, I work to ensure that all students have equitable access to their education. I oversee special education and student services, which includes school psychologists, school counselors, multilingual (ML) teachers, the school social worker and the school nurse.  Additionally, I am responsible for the 4-year-old kindergarten (4K) program, district enrollment, and serve as the district's homeless coordinator. I earned my undergraduate degree from UW-La Crosse and completed graduate school in school psychology at UW-Eau Claire, where I also obtained licensure as a special education and pupil services director. I previously worked as a school psychologist for 18 years and as a data/school improvement coordinator for one year. I am now in my seventh year as a special education/pupil services director.

I live on the family farm where I grew up and enjoy raising beef cattle in my free time. My son and eldest daughter attend area colleges, and my youngest daughter is in high school. In addition to spending time with my family, I enjoy hiking, martial arts, mountain biking, and snowboarding.

Ashley Weibel

Ashley Weibel - School Counselor

Hi! I am Ashley Weibel, current school counselor at G-E-T middle school. I grew up on a farm outside of Cashton, WI. I attended UW-Stout for both undergraduate and graduate coursework. Before working at G-E-T, I spent 6 years in the Black River Falls School District. I am passionate about helping adolescents set goals, solve problems and manage challenging emotions. When I am not at school I enjoy riding my bicycle, reading and gardening.

Anna White - School Counselor

I am one of the High School Counselors here at G-E-T High School. As a school counselor and advocate, I provide support to our students in their academics, career, and social/emotional needs. I believe it is important to provide support in all areas to assist our students in becoming productive and resilient students. I also work to collaborate with students, parents, and educators to create a positive and inclusive school environment. I am committed to empowering students to reach their full potential and navigate the challenges of school and life with confidence. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, traveling, gardening, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends. Brianna Frost

Brianna Frost - School Psychologist

Hello! I am Brianna Frost, school psychologist at G-E-T Middle and High School. I was born and raised in Bettendorf, Iowa, and attended undergraduate school in Cedar Falls, Iowa. I attended UW-La Crosse for my graduate degree in school psychology and graduated in May of 2024. This will be my second year in the G–E-T school district, and I have loved getting to know our wonderful students, staff, and parents. I currently live in Holmen, Wisconsin with my husband and our dog, Dexter. Jamin Barth

Jamin Barth - School Counselor

Hello! I am Jamin Barth, School Counselor at G-E-T. I have worked in all three of our elementary schools in that role over the years since I joined the G-E-T district in 2003, but have served solely at Trempealeau Elementary for the last 2 years . I attended Colorado College and UW-Eau Claire for my undergraduate coursework and attained my master’s degree in K-12 School Counseling from UW-Stout. A few years ago, I completed a personalized professional development plan that focused on the topic of Loss and Grief. I am currently focusing further training in the area of Mental Health, as our entire Student Services team is working hard to implement our Mental Health Framework for the district in order to better serve our students, families, staff and communities! I have coached boys basketball at different levels over the years and enjoy sports, hunting, fishing, and playing music. Kara Yanacheck RN - School Nurse

Kara Yanacheck, RN, joined the G-E-T School District in 2022. “Nurse Kara,” as she’s known to our students, spends time in each school building throughout the week tending to the health needs of our students. Prior to joining G-E-T, she worked as Registered Nurse and Health & Wellness Coach for Marathon Health and the Kwik Trip Center for Health in La Crosse, WI. She’s also worked for Gundersen Health System in various medical roles.

Nurse Kara received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, associate’s degree from Western Technical College and School Nurse Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Nurse Kara is a member of both the Wisconsin and National Associations of School Nurses, attending conferences annually.

Aligning with the school district’s mission, “learning for all, learning for life,” Nurse Kara strives to not only help our students with their immediate health needs, but teach them how to be healthy and well for a lifetime.

Kristin Iverson

Kristin Iverson - School Counselor

Hello! I am Kristin Iverson, the school counselor at Galesville Elementary. This will be my third year as a counselor, and I enjoy working with students and staff at G-E-T! I grew up in La Crosse but went to UW-Eau Claire for my undergraduate degree, and Mount Mary for my graduate degree. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, or cheering on the Green Bay Packers!

Lisa Mayer - School Psychologist

Hello, I am Lisa Mayer, School Psychologist at Ettrick Elementary School and in the Early Childhood program. I live in Trempealeau with my husband. I attended Ripon College as an undergraduate and UW-LaCrosse for my graduate degree. I have been in education for 27 years, 11 years as a substitute teacher at G-E-T, and 16 years as a school psychologist in Winona and G-E-T. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family, biking, reading, and traveling.

Madalyn Lake - School Social Worker

Hello G-E-T community! My name is Madalyn Lake and I am the school social worker new to the district this fall. My role is to help reduce barriers, provide and connect families with resources, and support the overall well being of students, staff, and families. My husband and I are originally from the Dubuque, IA area and most recently moved from the Chicago area. I received undergraduate degrees in Exercise Science & Psychology from St. Ambrose University and completed my Masters in Social Work at Clarke University in Dubuque, IA. I have 5 years experience working in school social work, most recently in self-contained special education. We have a 16-month-old daughter, and an 8-year-old golden retriever and we love spending time together going on walks, hiking, and spending many winter hours in the basketball gym.

Maureen Trim

Maureen Trim - School Psychologist 

Hi! I am Maureen Trim, current school psychologist at Galesville and Trempealeau Elementary Schools. I grew up in Galesville and graduated from G-E-T myself. I now live in Trempealeau with my husband who is a local dairy farmer, and two children who attend Trempealeau Elementary. I attended UW-La Crosse for both undergraduate and graduate coursework. Before working at G-E-T I spent 10 years in Onalaska School District. I have loved the transition to G-E-T and working within our community. When I am not at school I enjoy spending time outside with my family, practicing yoga and traveling. 

Molly Serum

Molly Serum - School Counselor

My name is Molly Serum and I am so happy to be serving the G-E-T School District as a School Counselor. While this is my first full year in G-E-T, it is the start of my 6th year in education. You will find me working with students in both Ettrick Elementary and G-E-T High School. 

I grew up in the small town of Gilmanton, WI, and graduated from Gilmanton High School in 2010. From there, I went on to Winona State University to obtain my Bachelor’s in Leadership and Advocacy and a Master’s in School Counseling. Soon, I will also have my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well.

In my free time, you can find me walking my dog Cooper, running, hanging out with my sweet nephews and niece, laughing with friends, or spending time with family. I also love to cheer on our students at sporting events, musicals, plays, and everything in between!

I feel blessed every day to have this job and recognize what a privilege it is to work with your amazing students. Thank you for having me and I can’t wait to get started!
