Our responsibilities include:

  • Budgeting and Financial Planning: Developing and overseeing the district's budget, ensuring that funds are used wisely to support educational programs and initiatives.

  • Accounting and Reporting: Maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Managing payroll processes and employee benefits programs, providing support and information to staff regarding their compensation and benefits.

  • Procurement and Purchasing: Coordinating the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring that purchases are cost-effective and meet the needs of the district.

  • Grants Management: Overseeing the administration of grants, ensuring that funds are utilized in accordance with grant requirements and guidelines.

  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks, safeguarding the district’s assets, and ensuring continuity of operations.
